Key Responsibilities

- Provide skilled nursing care based on individualized care plans
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor patient conditions
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation




- Educate patients and families on disease management and home care
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Preferred Clinical Skills

- Medication administration and IV therapy
- G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care
- Wound care management
- Pediatric and adult home care experience
- Experience using home medical equipment

Qualifications

- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Mexican RN license
- Eligible to obtain Arizona RN licensure
- Home care, Private Duty Nursing (PDN), or acute care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a home care environment
