Personal Injury Litigation Case Manager (Remote)

Location: 100% Remote
Salary: $25,000 – $30,000 MXN per month (depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Case Manager to join a fast-growing California law firm. This is a full-time remote position for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and has extensive experience handling personal injury litigation cases.

Responsibilities

- Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation files from filing through resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, discovery responses, and litigation correspondence.
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, expert appointments, and court deadlines.
- Organize and maintain electronic case files.
- Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and litigation support.
- Ensure all deadlines and case milestones are met.

Qualifications





- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Case Manager.
- Strong understanding of the California personal injury litigation process.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience working with case management software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
