Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate After School Sports Student Affairs Coordinator to join our team to create and manage a variety of guidelines that support school behavioral standards and policies across our extracurricular sports program, thereby ensuring peaceful, productive, respectful interactions grounded in sportsmanship within our community.





This requires maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere within our community by leading parents meetings, coaching staff in positive discipline skills, and organizing and attending both internal and external sporting events and activities that are of interest and value to the students.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree related to Sports Disciplines (preferably)
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) would be a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar or equivalent position in an academic institution
- Experience managing students, staff and parents
- Experience in problem solving, including the ability to detect strengths and weaknesses in both the Department and staff.
