We are looking for a highly experienced Client Relationship Manager to lead strategic client relationships, manage enterprise accounts, resolve escalations, and drive retention and business growth.

This role is adecuado for someone who combines strong commercial skills with the ability to understand technical environments, coordinate with delivery teams, and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Manage client satisfaction, retention, renewals, and account growth.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Product, Operations, and Technical teams.
- Manage client escalations, risks, and service-delivery concerns.
- Lead business reviews, executive presentations, and account-performance discussions.
- Support contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial agreements.
- Track account performance, revenue, CSAT, NPS, and growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

- 10+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management,



customer success, sales, or service delivery.
- Proven experience managing enterprise or technology-related accounts.
- Strong background in client retention, renewals, revenue growth, and escalation management.
- Experience working with technical, product, implementation, or delivery teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, or similar.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fully bilingual Spanish–English.
- Strong technical and business English is mandatory.
- Availability to work hybrid and attend the client’s office in Santa Fe regularly.
