Constractiva LLC is a general contracting company that also provides maintenance services for various properties. We are looking for an Operations and Sales Associate who will be a valuable addition to our Operations Team. The idóneo candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and effective coordination across multiple departments.

Main Responsibilities:

- Vendor Coordination: Manage communication with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of materials, negotiate pricing when necessary, and maintain strong working relationships that support daily operations.
- Materials Procurement: Source, request, and purchase materials needed for construction and property maintenance projects while tracking orders, managing inventory, and ensuring all materials meet project standards and deadlines.
- Coordination with Maintenance Technicians: Work closely with maintenance technicians to schedule tasks, relay work requests, provide the necessary materials, and monitor the progress of repairs and maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.
- Coordination with Property Management Team: Handle incoming work requests from property managers by prioritizing tasks, assigning them to the appropriate personnel, maintaining clear communication throughout the process, and providing regular updates until the work is completed.
- Construction Operations Support: Assist in coordinating construction projects by scheduling subcontractors, communicating with laborers, tracking project timelines, maintaining proper documentation, and supporting the Operations Manager with site visits, project planning, and job progress monitoring.




- Jobber Management: Utilize Jobber to create, schedule, assign, and monitor work orders, keep job statuses updated, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless coordination between the office and field teams.
- Sales & Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, vendors, and prospective clients while identifying opportunities to generate additional maintenance and construction projects. Assist in preparing estimates, following up on leads, and contributing to company growth by delivering excellent customer service and helping drive sales.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with subcontractors, laborers, field staff, and internal teams.
- Hands-on experience using Jobber is a PLUS, including creating and managing work orders, scheduling jobs, and coordinating field technicians.
- At least 2 years of experience in construction, property maintenance, or operations coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive requests.
- Basic knowledge of materials, tools, and subcontractor roles.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Working Conditions:

- Salary: 1,000 - 1,600 USD/month (depending on your experience)
- Contract: Independent contractor role, up to 40 hours per week
- Benefits: 5 PTO days after your first 6 months, increasing to 10 PTO days after completing 1 year (following the initial 6 months), plus US holidays as standard.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST (LA Local Time)
- Availability to work on weekends as needed.
