- 100% on site - Tecnoparque, Azcapotzalco, in front of Alameda Norte, near to Arena Mexico City

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

- Base salary: $14,000 - $18,000 mxn before taxes (based on experience)

SCHEDULE

- Training: Monday to Friday | 7:00 am. - 4:00 pm. | 8 weeks
- 8-hours shifts within service window (6:00 am. - 10:30 pm.) | 1 hour lunch break
- Monday to Sunday | 2 days off CONSECUTIVE per week

RESPONSABILITIES

- Handle inbound customer calls
- Resolve billing and service inquires
- Provide effective solutions
- Cross-sell complementary services

REQUIREMENTS (Mandatory)





- High school education completed: certificate or diploma
- Advanced English (B2+ conversational & fluent)
- Comfortable speaking 100% in English
- Basic computer skills
- Complete documentation
- Availability for on-site work
