At FLF, exceptional legal representation depends on exceptional operations. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Director of Legal Operations & Performance to lead the systems, processes, and people that power our litigation and case management teams.

This is a highly strategic leadership role responsible for optimizing legal operations, driving organizational performance, and building scalable systems that support long-term growth.

As our Director of Legal Operations & Performance, you will oversee the operational framework that supports our legal teams. You'll design scalable workflows, improve organizational efficiency, implement technology solutions, develop performance metrics, and provide executive leadership with the operational insights needed to make strategic decisions.

Legal Operations Strategy
Lead the operational strategy supporting litigation, case management, and legal support teams.
Develop scalable systems that improve consistency, efficiency, and service quality across the organization.
Partner with executive leadership to align operational initiatives with business objectives.
Ensure operational compliance with internal policies, service standards, and quality expectations.

Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve organizational performance.

Performance Analytics & Business Intelligence
Analyze KPIs, workflow efficiency, case progression, productivity, and organizational performance.
Utilize data to identify trends, forecast operational needs,



and support strategic decision-making.
Optimize legal operations platforms, including Filevine and related technologies.
Partner with technology and leadership teams to support digital transformation initiatives.
Support leadership development through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
Build collaborative relationships across legal, operations, marketing, and executive leadership teams.
5–7+ years of experience leading operations, project management, legal operations, or business process improvement.
~ Advanced proficiency with Filevine or comparable legal case management platforms.
~ Advanced analytical skills with Excel, Google Sheets, dashboard reporting, and operational metrics.
~ Professional proficiency in English and Spanish with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
~ Experience within Personal Injury or Plaintiff-side legal operations.
Experience implementing automation tools such as Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, Make, or similar platforms.
Experience with SQL, business intelligence tools, or data visualization platforms.

Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Operations Management, or related certifications.
