Your Tasks

Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution on Wi-Fi support network design,

optimization

Ensure all activities are tracked via tickets

Ensure all Service Now (SNOW) tickets are properly managed, prioritized, and resolved in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Maintain full transparency by accurately documenting all activities in Service Now and other relevant systems

Actively participate in incident, problem,



and change management processes, including root cause analysis

Your Qualifications

Technical knowledge: Wireless Protocols and 802.11 standards, RF fundaments, spectrum analysis, Wi‑Fi design and site survey
Speciality area: Wireless Networks
Software: Ekahau/Hamina

Vendor: Cisco & HPE Aruba

Fluency in English is mandatory

Computer Scienes, Information Technology, Telecommunication or equivalent degree

Experience of network technologies like LAN or WAN
