Descripción

- Provide HR process guidance and support for the LATAM HR team.
- Manage policies, procedures, severance processing, and HR policy interpretation.
- Ensure HR practices comply with local labor regulations (including NOM‑035 in Mexico).
- Partner with the HR Business Partner, engagement, and employee experience initiatives.
- Serve as a key contact for day‑to‑day HR inquiries and elevate employee relations matters when needed.
- Maintain confidential digital employee records with accuracy and compliance.
- Process payroll and benefits for countries such as Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Participate in assigned HR projects to enhance overall departmental efficiency.

Perfil buscado

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment.
- 1-2+ years of payroll experience.
- Strong organization, communication, customer focus, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High attention to confidentiality and accuracy.
- Intermediate MS Excel and Power Point skills.
- English Advanced
