Validate process parameters, equipment settings, and quality methods.* Investigate deviations, perform root‐cause analysis,



and implement CAPAs.* Drive continuous improvement using statistical and process‐control tools.* Minimum Requirements*** Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Polymer Science with 6 years of experience;

*or* Master's degree with 4 years of experience;

*or* PhD with 2 years of experience.* Preferred Requirements*** Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.* Bilingual: English and Spanish.# #
