Supplier Manager Indirect and Services Field Activities Americas
Your opportunity
Part of the Indirect and services Sourcing Department as Supplier Manager for Americas Region (F/M), your main mission is to manage the general and local sourcing activities for the category Field activities –external resources activities on customer site.
You will be responsible for managing regional sourcing activities with a strong exposure to worldwide with global suppliers for the category Field Activities, ensuring the implementation of the global strategy for the set portfolio, negotiating and implementing the best economical and contractual conditions.
Your Mission
YOUR SCOPE
Lead an international and multicultural Strategic Sourcing network for the spend category Field Activities
Ensure that strategies are being applied and make sure of the competitiveness of the panel.
Anticipate strategic opportunities and keep relevant stakeholders informed.
Negotiate prices and contracts with key suppliers of the set categories and manage execution of contracts to optimize company's competitive position.
Ensure the application of the Long-Term Saving Planning,



achieving savings targets for strategic sourcing activities and spend coverage.
Manage Supplier Relationship within the set portfolio of spend categories.
Establish performance-based contracts and monitor of the KPIs.
Communicate effectively and manage relationships with key stakeholders and relevant internal personnel.
Promote sourcing best practices, continuous improvement and supplier performance culture across the organization.
Your Profile
Level of education and languages
Degree in Engineering and/or Business/Economics
English is mandatory
Required experience and skills
Confirmed experience in an international manufacturing company
Minimum 3 years in strategic sourcing roles in a competitive market
Strong analytical mindset, performance-driven, tracking and supplier performance management
Strong commercial negotiation skills with international companies
High ability to communicate with both suppliers and other internal stakeholders
Business acumen
