About the Role

We’re looking for a Maintenance & CAPEX Manager to lead all maintenance operations at our Los Reyes facility. This role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, improves reliability, and drives continuous improvement across the plant.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, utilities).
- Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Coordinate corrective interventions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Manage maintenance planning, budgeting, and contractor oversight.
- Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and reliability initiatives.
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and KPIs.

We believe you bring





- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).
- 5+ years of plant maintenance experience in chemicals, pharma, food, plastics, or similar manufacturing sectors.
- Proven experience leading maintenance teams.
- Solid knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, utilities, reliability, and preventive maintenance.
- Experience with CMMS systems.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (fluency required).
- Availability to work onsite 5 days per week at our Los Reyes site.

Nice to Have

- Experience in specialty chemicals or process manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Lean, TPM, or reliability methodologies.
- Familiarity with SAP or other maintenance systems.

Good to know

This is a permanent, full-time, fully on-site role 5 days/week at our plant in Los Reyes (La Paz).
