You will be responsible for compliance with current labor regulations, the implementation of labor reforms, management of the union relationship, and mitigation of labor risks—promoting labor peace, organizational stability, and operational continuity. You will execute strategies with organizational impact, supporting operational processes, negotiations, investigations, and conflict resolution, ensuring balanced decisions between operations, the legal framework, and the employee experience.Your responsibilities will include:Design and lead the comprehensive Labor Relations and Union Management strategy aligned with business prioritiesLead the implementation of labor reforms and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with the current legal frameworkManage the strategic relationship with union representatives: negotiations, agreement follow-up,
