Our Human Resources team is looking for a motivated, creative, and analytical HR Intern to support learning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. This internship offers the opportunity to collaborate with a U.S.-based leader and local team on global projects related to learning communications, competency frameworks, career development, organizational climate, and change management while gaining exposure to a multinational work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and communication of learning and development initiatives across the organization.Assist in creating and maintaining competency catalogs, with a focus on soft skills aligned to career paths and employee development.Collaborate on the design, coordination, and communication of training programs and learning resources.Support organizational climate initiatives by assisting with employee surveys, data collection, reporting,
