You will serve as a fully qualified, independent contributor responsible for executing end-to-end supply chain strategies and ensuring rigorous trade compliance. In this high-visibility role, you will leverage professional standards to manage moderately complex tasks, identifying and resolving system bottlenecks through advanced data analytics. Your expertise will directly influence division performance, as you navigate situations requiring expert judgment to optimize recurring assignments and determine the most effective methods for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance Leadership: Execute import/export administration to ensure 100% adherence to government regulations and internal customs protocols.
- Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in SCM business processes, focusing on cost-saving initiatives and cycle-time reduction.
- Systems Advocacy: Provide expert user support for export systems, recommending and implementing changes to improve problem-resolution efficiency.
- Stakeholder Synergy: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, customers, and internal cross-functional teams (Planning, Buying, and Program Management).
- Strategic Bid Support:
Deliver high-precision data for bid activities related to import/export and transportation costs.
- Performance Monitoring: Track team achievements against defined objectives, proactively proposing enhancements to elevate overall performance.
The Ideal Candidate
Technical Skills & Competencies:
- Customs Expertise: Deep understanding of traffic rules, customs regulations, and electronics manufacturing environments.
- Data Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and MRP systems; capable of utilizing financial, analytical, and statistical models to solve complex problems.
- Collaborative Influence: A consensus builder who can lead through influence across various organizational levels.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
Education & Experience:
- Experience: 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Materials Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Working Environment
- This position resides in a professional office environment.
- Requires sustained visual concentration and frequent data entry.
- Expectation of limited availability in the evenings for general coordination.
