About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the execution of integrated B2B marketing initiatives for a leading international organization in the industrial events sector.

This role is idóneo for a hands-on marketing professional who can translate strategy into execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time while driving audience growth, exhibitor engagement, and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute B2B marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing activities for industrial trade shows and events.
- Manage external agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Lead a team of 3 direct reports.
- Monitor campaign performance and KPIs.
- Manage marketing budgets and project timelines.
- Collaborate with teams in Mexico and the United States.
- Ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements





- Bachelor's Degree.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B Marketing.
- Experience in trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, or industrial events.
- Experience managing agencies and marketing projects.
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Omeda, or similar).
- Budget management experience.
- Advanced English (required).
