Position Overview

As General Manager, you will lead every aspect of the Mexico business, including manufacturing, engineering, finance, quality, supply chain, human resources, customer relationships, and commercial growth.

You'll be responsible for creating and executing the strategic vision for the operation while ensuring outstanding performance in safety, quality, delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

This role reports directly to executive leadership and offers significant autonomy to influence the future direction of the business.

What You'll Lead

Business Growth & Commercial Strategy

- Develop and execute strategies that drive profitable revenue growth throughout Mexico and North America.
- Expand relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.




- Collaborate with customers to understand their operational challenges and position A. Stucki as a long-term manufacturing partner.
- Partner with sales and executive leadership on pricing strategy, market expansion, forecasting, and business development initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to diversify products, markets, and customer segments.

Operational Excellence

- Lead all manufacturing operations to achieve world-class performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational discipline throughout the organization.
- Ensure efficient utilization of equipment, labor, materials, and capital investments.
- Drive performance through data, accountability, and standardized processes.

Financial Leadership

- Own the P&L; for the Mexico operation.
- Develop annual operating plans, budgets, and growth strategies.
- Monitor financial performance while identifying opportunities to improve margins, productivity, and return on investment.
- Make strategic decisions that support both short-term execution and long-term growth.

Leadership & Culture

- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
- Foster a culture centered on accountability, teamwork, innovation, and customer focus.
- Develop future leaders while creating an organization capable of sustained growth.

What We're Looking For

- Executive leadership experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or engineered products environment.
- Demonstrated success leading both business operations and commercial growth, with a track record of driving revenue, profitability, and market expansion.
- Full P&L; ownership experience, including responsibility for budgeting,



financial planning, cost management, capital investments, and overall business performance.
- Experience leading manufacturing operations with a strong understanding of production, quality, supply chain, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
- Conversational English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to build strategic customer relationships and develop new business opportunities while serving as a trusted commercial partner.
- Experience working for a multinational or international manufacturing organization, collaborating across regions and supporting global business objectives. Experience working overseas is preferred.
- Previous international assignment or overseas work experience is preferred, with the ability to effectively navigate diverse cultures, integral business practices, and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success building and developing high-performing leadership teams while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.
- Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and decision-making skills with the ability to balance operational execution and long-term business growth.
