Syntax is looking for a **Resource Specialist** to support workforce planning, talent allocation, and resource coordination across teams. This role is key to ensuring the right people are assigned to the right projects at the right time, while balancing business priorities, employee availability, and operational efficiency.

The adecuado candidate is highly organized, analytical, and collaborative, with experience in staffing, scheduling, resource management, or workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate resource allocation based on business needs, project demand, and employee availability.

- Partner with hiring managers, team leads, and business stakeholders to understand staffing requirements.

- Monitor resource capacity, utilization, and workload balancing across teams.

- Maintain accurate staffing and resource planning data in internal systems and trackers.

- Support forecasting and short-/long-term workforce planning activities.

- Identify allocation gaps, bench capacity, and staffing risks, and propose solutions.

- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to align staffing strategies with hiring plans.

- Prepare reports and dashboards related to headcount, utilization, and resource demand.

- Ensure timely communication regarding staffing changes, project assignments, and availability updates.





- Continuously improve resource management processes and reporting practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations, or a related field.

- Experience in **resource management, workforce planning, staffing, operations, or project coordination**.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Advanced knowledge of **Excel** and familiarity with reporting or planning tools.

- Experience working with HR systems, resource planning tools, or ATS platforms is a plus.

- English proficiency required.
