Senior Associate – Strategy | Project Management

At PwC Acceleration Center, we help organizations turn strategy into execution. We are looking for a Senior Associate in Project Management to join our Strategy & Managed Services team and support the delivery of complex, high‑impact initiatives across industries.

What you’ll do

- Lead and coordinate projects and programs end‑to‑end, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget
- Partner with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders in dynamic, fast‑paced environments
- Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to drive execution and continuous improvement
- Use data and insights to support decision‑making, reporting, and risk management
- Contribute to PMO governance, dashboards, and executive‑level communications

What we’re looking for

- 3–5 years of experience in project and/or program management




- Experience working in complex or general environments (consulting experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management approaches
- Comfortable working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, or Tableau
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
- English proficiency required
- PMP, CSM/PSM, PMI‑ACP, or similar certifications
- Background in technology, financial services, healthcare, or consumer markets
