Client Overview

Our client is a growing Fractional CFO and Strategic Finance firm that partners with high-growth Consumer Goods (CPG), eCommerce, and omnichannel businesses. The team works closely with founders and executive leadership to improve profitability, optimize cash flow, support strategic decision-making, and drive long-term business value.

As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Financial Analyst to support multiple client engagements across financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and strategic finance initiatives.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical finance professional with a strong background in financial modeling and experience supporting inventory-based businesses.

This role will work directly with senior finance leaders to build financial models, support forecasting processes, prepare management reporting, and deliver strategic insights that influence business decisions.

The adecuado candidate combines strong technical modeling skills (especially 3-statement modeling), business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Investment Banking and Transaction Advisory backgrounds are highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain 3-statement financial models, forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses
- Develop cash flow forecasts and support working capital planning




- Prepare monthly reporting packages, variance analyses, and management presentations
- Analyze business performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Create KPIs, dashboards, and financial insights for leadership teams
- Support strategic finance initiatives including fundraising, M&A;, due diligence, and valuation work
- Participate in client meetings and support executive-level discussions with financial analysis
- Collaborate with senior finance leaders on ad hoc strategic projects
- Use AI tools to improve reporting, analysis, and workflow efficiency
- Contribute to the development of internal financial models and templates

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, FP&A;, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, or similar analytical finance roles
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Strong experience building and working with 3-statement financial models
- Experience with Consumer Goods (CPG), eCommerce, Manufacturing, or other inventory-based businesses
- Exposure to M&A;, due diligence, valuation, fundraising, or transaction-related work
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) in a professional context
