Automotive Experience.Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position ideally within in-house recruitment / agencies.Experience in building talent pools in the areas of Operations (Production Plants), R&D;, IT, Supply Chain, etc.Proven experience in actively sourcing passive candidates.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Advance English languageHigh level of professionalism and demonstrated excellent organizational and analytical skills as well as attention to detail.
