岗位职责：

1、 全面负责供应商开发绩效评价，推进供应商管理制度优化完善，与开发采购共同推进供应商资源的优化配置；

2、 梳理和实施SQE工作流程，落实配件开发的过程管理与监控实施，以保证开发业绩达成；

3、 负责配件SQM组织结构规划和完善，强化配件SQE队伍能力建设；负责SQE团队的培训规划与落实，以及SQE工作流程梳理和实施。

岗位要求：

1、 大专或以上学历，供应商管理或质量管理相关专业；

2、 5年以上汽车行业供应商管理或质量相关专业工作经验；

3、 掌握一定的团队管理技能；

4、 掌握IATF16949质量体系以及熟练运用5大手册知识进行供应商全过程管理；

5、 熟悉汽车配件品质要求及客户需求；

6、 较强的内外部沟通能力；

7、中文英语口语流利，可作为工作语言优先考虑。

Job Title: Supplier Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take full responsibility for supplier development performance evaluation, drive the optimization and improvement of supplier management systems, and work collaboratively with the Procurement Development team to optimize supplier resource allocation.
2.



Organize and implement SQE work processes, ensure effective process management and monitoring during component development, and guarantee the achievement of development performance targets.
3. Oversee the structuring and refinement of the component SQM (Supplier Quality Management) organization, strengthen the capability building of the SQE team, plan and execute SQE training programs, and streamline SQE work processes.

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, preferably in Supplier Management, Quality Management, or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in supplier management or quality-related roles within the automotive industry.
3. Possess certain team management skills.
4. Proficient in the IATF 16949 quality management system and skilled in applying the five core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) for comprehensive supplier process management.
5. Familiar with automotive component quality requirements and customer expectations.
6. Strong internal and external communication skills.
7. Fluent in both Chinese and English, with the ability to use English as a working language preferred.
