Compensation & Benefits

- $35,000 MXN net per month
- 12 days of paid vacation
- 15 days of Christmas bonus (aguinaldo)

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented construction professional who can own the client journey — from the first inquiry all the way through a signed construction agreement. You'll be just as comfortable reviewing plans and putting together a conceptual budget as you are building trust with homeowners, shaping a clear scope of work, and following up consistently until the deal closes. If you love the mix of technical estimating know-how and relationship-building that residential remodeling demands, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

- Manage the full client journey for residential remodeling and design-build projects, from first contact to signed agreement.
- Review residential construction plans and prepare accurate preliminary and conceptual budgets.
- Develop clear, well-structured scopes of work in collaboration with the estimating and production teams.
- Build genuine trust and rapport with homeowners throughout the process.




- Deliver polished presentations and confidently walk clients through project terms.
- Track and manage leads through the CRM, keeping the pipeline organized and up to date.
- Follow up consistently and proactively to keep projects moving toward close.
- Represent the company's brand and values in every client interaction, in person and in writing.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in residential remodeling, construction estimating, or design-build.
- Ability to read residential construction plans and prepare preliminary estimates.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
- Hands-on experience managing a CRM and pipeline.
- Marketing, networking, or business development experience is a plus.
- Experience with JobTread, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar construction management software is a plus.
