Bilingual Sales Representative (Inbound Hotel Reservations)

What You'll Do

Handle inbound calls from customers looking to book hotel reservations.
Understand each customer's travel needs and recommend the best hotel options.
Present rates, promotions, and available accommodations.
Overcome objections using consultative sales techniques.
Convert inquiries into confirmed hotel reservations.
Meet and exceed sales, quality, and productivity goals.
Accurately document customer interactions using CRM systems.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.

Requirements

English proficiency: B2 or higher.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, Retail Sales, Hospitality, BPO, or Call Center is preferred.




Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented and motivated by commissions.
Comfortable working in a high-volume inbound sales environment.
Ability to build rapport and influence purchasing decisions.
Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn.
Availability to work 100% on-site in Chihuahua.
