We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join the MP&L; team, reporting directly to the ME Manager.

This role is responsible for ensuring workstation ergonomics, planning and executing the annual efficiency plan, applying lean manufacturing tools, driving problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting production, quality, and cost objectives, as well as actively participating in new model launch processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Experience in Production, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, and Launch.
- Professional/working proficiency in English.

- Experience participating in ergonomics or safety committees.

Education Preference

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (or related field).
