Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Integral Procurement Analyst will execute analytics, RFX processes, and other data-driven deliverables to support the identification and quantification of sourcing opportunities across North America categories.

This role is responsible for analyzing spend data, developing dashboards, and generating insights on spend, suppliers, and compliance gaps to deliver high-quality analytics, enable visibility into sourcing opportunities, and support sourcing and contracting activities through data-driven outputs.

Your Impact

As Global Procurement Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

- Spend analytics execution
- Extract and cleanse data (PO, invoices, spend, suppliers)
- Identify gaps, anomalies, and opportunities
- Build base analysis (price trends, supplier fragmentation, compliance gaps)
- Build and maintain:Power BI dashboardsExcel modelsWhite space trackers
- Ensure data accuracy and refresh cycles
- RFX execution (end-to-end)Prepare RFP documentsRun events in E-sourcing platformsManage supplier communicationCompile and structure supplier responses




- RFX execution and E-auctions (end-to-end)Prepare RFP documentsRun events in AribaManage supplier communicationCompile and structure supplier responses
- Contract Management - uploads to CLM, simple amendment creation & reviews, validation of contract logs
- Support contract benefit realization
- Support driving spend through the right channels & to preferred vendorsCatalog management support
- Direct Field Support for ad hoc requests
Engaging preferred suppliers for field quotation requestsFollowing up on shipments & delays w/ suppliersSupporting email traffic and directly users to the right suppliers/channels to purchase

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

General

- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality outputs.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to support stakeholder interactions and drive data-driven solutions.

Procurement

- Experience in Procurement as a Category Owner or within Shared Services organizations, including process improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in procurement software such as SAP Ariba Sourcing (RFI, RFP, and eAuctions) is desired.
- Knowledge of contract management and legal aspects related to procurement is a plus.

Analytics





- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Access.

Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, or other analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets, generate data-driven recommendations, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience with data collection and analysis, including process mapping, root-cause analysis, and identifying efficiency opportunities.
