- Provide high-level administrative support to consultants, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, and confidential correspondence.
- Coordinate all logistics for client and candidate interactions, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of materials.
- Support business development efforts by preparing pitch materials, organizing events, and tracking key client activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project deadlines, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage priorities proactively.
- Ensure a high standard of professionalism and discretion when interacting with senior-level executives and stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent English (both oral and written) (C1-C2)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative function,
ideally within a professional services firm.
- Able to manage multiple projects with set deadlines as time management, prioritization, diligent attention to detail and judgment are critical in this role.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and comfortable with the unknown, as well as work well under pressure, solve problems.
- highly motivated, excellent work ethic and self-assured, not easily thrown, able to think on your feet.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Salary: $50,000-$60,000 MXN gross monthly+ Superior Benefits
- CDMX - Santa Fe
- Hybrid work model: 4 days in office / 1 day remote
