Production Coordinator

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Assist in executing daily and weekly production schedules based on planning input.
+ Monitor timely delivery of materials and components to production lines.
+ Issue and maintain shop floor documentation and work orders.
+ Communicate with internal teams to resolve scheduling issues.
+ Maintain accurate records of production data against WO
+ Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing basic reports.
+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to production control and material flow.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

+ Ability to present ideas in a clear and persuasive manner, both orally and in writing.
+ Capability to respond quickly, decisively, assertively, and professionally to changing requirements in demand, product description, and material demand.




+ Excellent judgment and initiative, including the ability to effectively balance multiple priorities
+ Minimum of three to five years of production planning or material management experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment, ideally PCBA /SMT experience

+ Experience in a high mix/low volume, pull-based manufacturing environment.
+ Proven track record of success and growth in positions of increasing responsibility.
+ Previous experience with SAP.

+ Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management, Finance, Materials Management, Computer Information Sciences, or Engineering, or equivalent education and/or experience.
