An important company in the financial sector is looking for a project manager to perform 80% project management activities and 20% marketing activities.

Description:

1.- Assist with more routine offer submissions (in internal platform) under the guidance of senior analysts, support with updating trackers and calendar invites

2.- Cashback Platform (Registered Card (RC)) Trigger Email Testing and Management

- To review Platform triggers, ensure everything is correct with Marigold Vendor (agency for deploying emails).
- Responsible for email communications (launch emails, reminders to spend, etc.).
- Using Dokio (internal platform to create from scratch email communication – Canada Only)

3.-Weekly Offers Meeting

- Leading the call to walk through the pipeline, and ownership of the master tracker file requires strong project management and attention to detail

4.- Vetting prospects

- Offers mailbox owner and review of new merchant prospects (Canada only).
- Review all potential Offers merchants against guidelines and advice if appropriate for Offers.
- Email Payment Facilitators (as Aggregators i.e. PayPal, Stripe, etc) and unmanaged partners post campaign report.
- Helping vet merchant lists before they go to the third party (i.e. marketing opt in)

5.- Brief document uplift





- Lead the updating and maintenance of the brief document with an agency

6.- Help ad-hoc with POC (Perception of Coverage) projects: (Only for Canada)

- Merchant communications support (Develop communication to merchants) – includes MCRM, email testing, imH Creative platform submission and potentially creative development as required for some of the POC programs as needed by the Program manager. Example of merchant comms: Shop Small Launch email + wrap email.

7.- Scorecard review & reporting

- Point of contact for reporting with the central team ahead of leadership updates for LAC, supporting marketing managers, including cases where Membership Rewards points are involved
- Scotia GNS (Cobrand Card) deck creation and Reporting (Only for Canada)
- Customatics (Analytics platform) usage and adoption, including training, supporting local Business Insights team

Requirements:

- Marketing, Engineering Industrial, Administration or related.
- Indispensability mediated.
- Project management experience.
- Marketing knowledge
- Advanced English
