What you’ll bring 3+ years of backend development experience (Python + Java) Solid grasp of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Terraform Passion for clean code, TDD, and code reviews Proven ability to architect, build, and maintain backend services Strong communication skills and mentoring mindset Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field Base pay range

Salary Range $51,000 to $70,000 MXN Monthly
