Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities Support processes development and improvement, and validate product innovations Ensure development and deployment of process standards, design checklists, guidelines, and best practices Support programs, plants and suppliers for process issues Maintain a tooling and equipment database Design and implement advanced automation Process optimization, technical support for production lines Integrate OTE digital solutions, connectivity with Industry 4.0 Lead in collaboration with automation specialists Work towards objectives and monitor action plans Plant Processes Continuous improvement: contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tooling and equipment Troubleshooting: support production or parts suppliers to solve problems related to your field of expertise Maintenance of series production: engineering change management; analyze, validate and implement process modifications related to your field of expertise; maintain a local database of tooling and equipment to support capacity management. Program:
feedback existing status and plant’s recommendations for process issues; participate in tooling and equipment follow‑up and validations; support reception and start‑up of tooling and equipment.
