Senior Regulatory Solutions Consultant
We’re looking for a Senior Regulatory Solutions Consultant to join our team, reporting to the Delivery Manager. In this role, you’ll help financial institutions solve complex regulatory reporting and data challenges by designing and delivering technology solutions that drive compliance, efficiency, and business value. You’ll thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and be motivated by helping clients succeed.
The Role
Reporting to the Delivery Manager, you will design, implement, and deliver regulatory reporting solutions that meet clients’ business and compliance needs. You will partner directly with clients, analyze data, recommend effective solutions, lead solution delivery activities, support successful project execution from design through implementation, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and mentor junior team members.

What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in consulting, regulatory reporting, data analysis,
or financial technology. Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions. Strong client‑facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced analytical capabilities with strong proficiency in Excel and experience working with data and reporting tools. Nice to Have MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Technology, Accounting, or a related field. Experience within capital markets, regulatory reporting, or fintech environments. Knowledge of SQL or other data query tools. Additional Requirements Business‑level English proficiency. Ability to travel for client engagements as required. Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and a service‑oriented mindset. Location & Work Environment
This position is located in Mexico City, Mexico. You will have the opportunity for a hybrid work environment, with at least three days per week in‑office, subject to change.
