NOTICE PERIOD 1 month / Immediate

General Description: Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect newaccounts among cosmetic/personal care manufacturers, contract formulators, andbrand owners across LATAM, including Mexico Build and manage a pipeline ofqualified leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and trade show follow-up Deliver technical productpresentations and samples to R&D; and purchasing teams (Spanish and English) Negotiate pricing, terms, andsupply agreements in coordination with management Represent Kumar Organic atregional industry trade shows and conferences (e.g., in-cosmetics Latin America, HBA Expo) Maintain accurate CRM recordsof accounts, pipeline stage,



and forecasted revenue Consistently meet or exceedquarterly and annual sales targets Requirements Minimum 2 years of experiencein B2 B/technical sales Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong communication,negotiation, and relationship-building skills Based in or willing to relocateto Mexico City; able to work on-site Preferred Qualifications Prior experience sellingpersonal care, cosmetic, or specialty ingredients Existing relationships withcosmetic manufacturers, contract formulators, or CPG brands across LATAM,including Mexico Working knowledge of INCInomenclature and regional cosmetic regulatory basics (COFEPRIS) Competitive compensation package with performance incentives Opportunity for career growth in a leadership sales role Exposure to cross-functional teams and general sales strategy Professional development through training and participation in key industry events Supportive, dynamic work environment within a fast-growing industry Working Hours/Days
