Schneider is seeking a Director of Commercial Services in Mexico City to provide leadership to Mexico operations teams, including customer service, new business start-ups and revenue generation. The Director of Commercial Services will develop business goals and ensure strategies are in place to meet the goals.

Responsibilities Lead a team of commercial services associates. Monitor key business metrics to drive effective, low-cost execution results while providing best in class service to customers. Work with other leaders to create strategically aligned market plans. Review market conditions and performance and adjust plans accordingly. Be a leader through giving feedback, communicating issues and providing coaching. Provide career growth opportunities to associates. Balance account relationships and internal capabilities to improve asset utilization and the client experience.



Skills and qualifications Master's degree in business administration, sales or a related field. A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
