We are seeking an experienced. Net Lead to lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications. The adecuado candidate will combine deep technical expertise in the. NET ecosystem with strong architectural vision, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.

This role requires hands‑on leadership in full‑stack development, technology evaluation, and guiding teams toward best practices in application design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design Define and drive application architecture leveraging C#,. NET 6/8, Angular, Type Script, MS SQL, SSIS, and SSRS. Evaluate and recommend technology stack upgrades, frameworks, and tools to align with enterprise standards. Ensure applications are designed for scalability, observability, and reliability. Development Leadership Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams. Oversee code quality through peer reviews, adherence to coding standards, and best practices. Champion application development models such as Test‑Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior‑Driven Development (BDD).



Quality & Compliance Implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium and NUnit. Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards. Utilize tools such as Sonar Qube and Black Duck for code quality, vulnerability management, and compliance monitoring. Operational Excellence Drive CI/CD pipeline adoption and Dev Sec Ops practices. Manage library and framework updates to maintain system stability. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure applications meet business needs while minimizing technical debt. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in application development and architecture. Strong expertise in C#,. NET 6/8, Angular, Type Script, MS SQL, SSIS, SSRS. Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise‑grade applications. Hands‑on knowledge of CI/CD, Dev Sec Ops, and observability practices. Familiarity with tools such as Sonar Qube, Black Duck, Selenium, and NUnit. Strong understanding of TDD and BDD methodologies.
