The SAP Sales and Service Senior Consultant is expected to perform high-quality project work for our customers, continue to build the SAP S/4 HANA Sales and Service capability in North America, and foster its continued growth within our Operations Excellence service unit. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, will be responsible for the strategic direction for MHP Americas SAP S/4 HANA Sales and Service consulting services, and will be required to set actionable objectives, create a culture of accountability, and take a hands‑on leadership approach to execution. Our customers and the value we offer is central to everything we do. With this in mind, this person will be required to ensure the quality of our services for our existing client base, cultivate relationships with new customers, develop new business opportunities, and continuously adjust our existing and future offerings according to market demands. Key Responsibilities Design and implement SAP SD solutions across end‑to‑end sales processes Support general S/4 HANA transformation programs and multi‑country rollouts Develop and refine global templates for scalable process delivery Translate business requirements into functional SAP design concepts Lead stakeholder workshops and support solution alignment Contribute to project delivery with a strong consulting mindset Work on challenging projects in management, process,



and technology consulting with a focus on the Automotive and Discrete Manufacturing industries Develop innovative concepts and implement sophisticated consulting solutions in the fields of Sales, Service and SAP Deploy optimized concepts in terms of process, quality, and cost Foster long‑term relationships with clients Skills & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent education Strong professional experience with SAP SD consulting and process design 7+ years of experience with SAP sales processes and configuration 3+ full SAP lifecycle implementations Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4 HANA Sales Experience in global or multi‑country implementations Ability to design end‑to‑end business processes and global templates Professional customer‑facing communication and structured problem solving Good to know Location: remote across Mexico or hybrid when based in Guadalajara Type of contract: unlimited Language: fluent in English and Spanish Working time: Full‑time Travel availability inside Mexico: 20–40% Travel availability to the US for limited workshops: 20–40% What you can expect Respect and recognition – We value individuality, support one another, and celebrate shared success.
