Tasks The SAP Procure to Pay Senior Consultant is expected to engage in exciting and challenging, client-facing, project-based work with a focus on delivering world-class solutions based on SAP’s latest procurement solutions, including but not limited to SAP S/4 HANA Procurement and Ariba. The Senior Consultant requires an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong desire to grow as a leader within the organization. They will support actionable objectives for the organization, help sustain a culture of accountability, and take a hands-on approach to execution. The Senior Consultant will ensure the quality of services for our existing client base, support the cultivation of relationships with new customers, support the development of new business opportunities, and support the continuous adjustment of our current and future offerings according to market demands. Key Responsibilities Design SAP MM solutions for end-to-end procure-to-pay processes Work on challenging projects in management, process, and technology consulting with a focus on the Automotive and Discrete Manufacturing industries Support team leaders with the overall strategic direction of the Business Field – Sourcing and Supplier Solutions Deliver to existing and future clients the Sourcing and Supplier Solutions portfolio,



including SAP S/4 HANA Procurement and Ariba for on-premise and cloud applications Help design and implement innovative solutions leveraging best practices in business processes and SAP Become a trusted advisor to customers to actively shape the future of automotive and manufacturing Actively and continuously learn relevant and innovative skills and capabilities Develop and advance MHP's reputation within the North American marketplace Create and maintain relationships with customers, thought leaders, and industry experts Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent education 4+ years of work experience in consulting or in the automotive industry 7+ years of SAP S/4 HANA Procurement and/or SAP MM (Materials Management) experience (process & customizing) 3+ full SAP lifecycle implementations Experience in global or multi-country implementations Ability to design end-to-end procure-to-pay processes and general templates Strong customer focus with an analytical and structured approach Good to know Location: remote across Mexico or hybrid when based in Guadalajara Type of contract: unlimited Language: fluent in English and Spanish Working time: Full-time Travel availability inside Mexico: 20–40% Travel availability to the US for limited workshops: 20–40% #J-18808-Ljbffr
