- PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform line balancing and line balancing releases.




- Develop PFMEA
- Design and maintain production Lay-out
- Determine production manpower
- Define process sequence and routing
- BOM and 2D drawing releases.
- Design of customized workstations
- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
- Performs activities related to safety.
- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Engineering degree (Industrial)
- Experience 4 years or more.
- Bilingual (80% English & Spanish) both oral and written.
- Six Sigma methodologies.
- AutoCAD (Catia plus).
- Time study techniques. (Timer Pro plus)
- Leadership to implement new layout activities.
- Knowledge on SAP.
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Knowledge on simulation. (Arena plus
