**GENERAL SUMMARY**:
Supervisory position with 4-6 engineers, responsible for processes implementation, balancing,
tooling and equipment for Fabrication.
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop the skills and competencies of the Welding Manufacturing Team.




- Coordinate Welding Manufacturing Team Activities.
- Evaluate progression (PMP & PDP) of Welding Manufacturing Team.
- Strong 360 relationships and Synergy.
- Lead the introduction of new platforms and/or model year changes.
- Influence R&D; decisions towards DFM.
- Continuously seek for make opportunities (growth) with NPD Project Leader.
- Budget and forecast preparation for Capital and Expenses.
- Assure safety and quality compliances.
- Understand our supply chain to optimize our internal process flow and improve the SQFT
usage.
- Optimize the Minute Vehicles in Fabrication.
- Seize opportunities of innovation for welding manufacturing processes.
- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial or Mechatronic).
- Bilingual (80% English & Spanish), both oral and written.
- Lean Manufacturing Skills.
- SAP.
- Welding knowledge. (TIG-MIG).
- Experience 5 years or more.
