Our next Accounts Payable Associate will be a key member in ensuring compliance regarding financial processes with vendors, internal customers and aligned with government requirements.
**What You'll Be Doing**
- Reception, revision and registry of invoices and payment requirements.
- Payment process with vendors.
- Review and verify documents regarding fiscal requirements.
- Follow up fiscal compliance.
- Accounts conciliation.
- Integrate and analyze creditors, upfront payments, vendors, and reimbursements.
- Create payment proposals and bills reviews.
**What We Are Looking For**
- Requires a degree in Accountancy, Finance or Economy.
- Fluency in English.
- 3-5 years in a similar position, preferably with international companies.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- ERP knowledge: Oracle or similar.
- Professional, responsible, accountable,



organized individual with great communication skills and inclined to teamwork.
