We are seeking a Senior Accountant to be an integral part of our finance team working alongside the Controller. This position is idóneo for someone who is ambitious, hardworking, enjoys problem-solving, and who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get into the details. **Responsibilities**
- Assist the team in preparing month end journal entries and financial deliverables for multiple entities.
- Prepare and review monthly account reconciliations and A/P expense reporting across multiple currencies.
- Manage intercompany transactions and related FX implications.
- Work directly with the Controller to consolidate and produce accurate and timely financial statements.
- Work alongside our external accountants in regards to any regulatory items for our MX entity.
- Assist in the payment and reconciliation of payroll related accounts in MX.




- Provide support for the Company’s external audits and tax preparation
- Assist with the continuous improvement of processes
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests, as necessary
**Requirements**:
- Banking, Lending or Customer Financing Experience (highly preferred)
- Prior startup experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Extremely detail-oriented; critical thinker
- Goal-driven, focused, independent worker, and “can-do” attitude
- Proficiency in Netsuite and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English and Spanish)
