**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible of NPDI engineering deliverables
- Manage a small team of Mechanical Engineers
- Understands the products, suggesting ideas and improvements back to group.
- Assists with creation, reviewing, and systems-entry of new product specifications, ECNs, tests, procedures, user manuals, submittal drawings, and sales literature.
- Creates/modifies mechanical drawings/parts in CAD systems, such as CREO.
- Assists with troubleshooting of escalated or re-occurring field issues.
- Performs lab testing of products.
- Works closely with technicians and junior engineers, providing technical support and guidance.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 4 years of engineering product development or support experience.
- Sheetmetal design experience
- Basic working knowledge of mechanical concepts,



products, safety and test-methods.
- Ability to follow, create, and organize testing and instructional procedures.
- Data-entry systems familiarity & BOM Creation Experience - Oracle, Agile, etc.
- Basic mechanical CAD tools experience. o MBD (Model Based Definition) experience preferred o CREO preferred
- Basic troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve (and prevent) a wide range of problems quickly and logically.
- Good planning, organizing, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and operate in cross functional Integral Development Teams.
- Fluency in English
- Basic electrical experience a plus
