- Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding New Employees
- Improving Employee Engagement and Motivation
- Leading Training Programmes and Championing Employee Development
- Analyzing and Assessing Employee Performance
- Problem-Solving and Handling Conflicts Between Employees
**Tasks**:
- Review activity list of all team members
- Take over the recruitment process
- Review onboarding process of new employees
- Execute onboarding process of all new employees
- Organize a monthly team building activity
- Organize all birthdays of all employees
