**Role and Responsibilities**
- Help customers navigate the website so they can shop for the right appliance
- Guide the customers through online chats
- Provide clients with the right info about the appliances within the online store
- Specify all the features for each appliance so they can make the best choice
- Close the sale or generate a lead for them to walk into the store
- Appliance industry experience
- Customer service/sales experience
- Strong written communication
