**Maintenance Supervisor Duties/Responsibilities**
- Oversees, plans and issues work orders to appropriate shift team members for the implementation of equipment modifications as well as preventative and any corrective maintenance.
- Active on the floor including providing any “hands-on” trouble shooting and maintenance of production equipment.
- Interface with vendors and suppliers as necessary to discuss products used in repair work and/or projects that need to be completed.
- Ensures Maintenance employees are properly trained in all aspects of their jobs including safety, quality, and production. Recommends and coordinates any safety and technical training.

**Maintenance Supervisor Requirements**
- Plastic Injection Molding experience
- Five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing operation
- Electrical trouble shooting and repair
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills and ability to be a team player
Pay: $1,586,500.00 - $1,669,950.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tamaulipas: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
