Account Mgmt 4
Manages the activities of the sales account management team and is responsible for staffing decisions, training and development, and performance management of the staff. Establishes the sales strategy for the team. Responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts or groups of accounts. Directs account teams to optimize the relationship focusing on sales strategy, sales support, customer service, technology development, and on-going technical and post-sales support. Enforces all aspects of the contract, ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions and identifies if changes are needed.
