**Develop production plans to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency.**:
**How you will do it?**:
- ** Proactively seek out opportunities to reduce cost and increase machine uptime.**:
- ** Work hand in hand with operations to increase throughput.**:
- ** Daily, weekly, monthly, review of existing and future production planning. Review monthly sales forecast projections.**:
- ** Maintain master production planning data to best utilize our planning system. Ensure that schedules support daily on time shipping performance.**:
- ** Ensure production schedules are meeting both our manufacturing and customer service requirements to properly communicate availability dates. Monitor plant finished goods inventory levels.**:
- ** Manage production capacity constraints and alert necessary team members to issues.**:
- ** Comply with activities specified in JCI Safety Commitment Letter.**:
- ** Participate in EHS activities (subcommittees, emergency brigades, inspections, audits, campaigns, training, etc) as required.**:




- ** Comply with the roles and responsibilities matrix as applicable. Ensure applicable activities that help achieve EHS goals and metrics.**:
- ** Participate in EHS observations program.**:
- ** Ensure EHS goals and metrics are established in GPAS for all employees.**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- ** University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.**:
- ** SAP.**:
- ** Bilingual. (English/Spanish).**:
- ** 3 Years minimum experience.**:
- ** Ability to manage complex internal and external relationships requiring diplomacy, negotiating, and analytical skills.**:
- ** Ability to develop and motivate direct reports.**:
- ** This position requires a quality-focused attitude with an appropriate sense of urgency and attention to details.**:
- ** Willingness and ability to work on both individual and team projects is required.**:
