Agricultural company is looking to fill the position of **Trial Specialist** to work in area based in **Querétaro.**

The person in the role will be responsible for organizing and developing trials.
**Residence area**:Querétaro
**Experience / Requirements**:
- Engineer in Agronomy or related field;
- +3 years of experience in this or a similar position;
- Fluent English language skills are essential;
- Availability to travel;
- Advanced skills in statistical software;
- Previous experience testing and working with commercial producers is desirable;
- Plan, organize, execute,



and monitor planting and harvesting of improvement trials;
- Conduct trial evaluations using a standardized evaluation form to evaluate the commercial potential, competitiveness, and adaptation of varieties;
- Ability to work accurately and with mínimal supervision;
- Experienced with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Colaboration software such as:Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams;
- Excellent organizational and comprehensive analytical skills, ability to prioritize work, initiative, proactivity, reliability, focus on results, and teamwork.
