The Associate Data Analyst focuses on building Data Analysis skills and experience whilst performing simple Data Analysis tasks under close supervision.
**Essential**:
- The role holder will possess a blend of data requirement analysis, data quality analysis, data stewardship skills
- Basic SQL skills for data querying and analysis
- Experience in Agile data definition scrums
- Experience in the use of metadata cataloguing tools
- Knowledge on policies and standards for data covering areas such as privacy and security.
- Good written and verbal communication and consultancy skills
- Awareness of the end to end processes and activities in the build and support of Data solutions
- Hands on cloud technologies like Azure or AWS to handle cloud-based data solutions.
**Desirable**:
- Experience of Data Analysis enabling tool kits
- Experience in working in multi-skilled, multi-location data teams, working to agile principles.




- Experience in life sciences and healthcare
- Experience in a complex global organization
Strong English communication skills required.

Location: Guadalajara (hybrid - _Expectation of working in the office 3 days a week)_
