- Oversee operations to ensure safety.

- Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
- Create and manage budgets.
- Implement strategies to maximize production.
- Analyze workplace productivity.
- Review date to reduce inefficiencies and waste. Analyze data and create reports to present to executives regarding processes.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field
- Managerial experience of 10 years
- Fluent in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Multitasking and time-management skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
